One panel: a size, and where its top-left corner sits.

corner is a acron.hud.PixelFrame anchor (tl, tr, bl, br, tc). x and y are measured from it in authored pixels, y down — so a bottom-anchored panel has a NEGATIVE y, which is the honest way to say “up from the bottom edge”.
